As we travelled up the coast this week to catch up with the two Paul’s who are running BD Building Management QLD, we had the pleasure of taking in stunning views at Tambourine Mountain. Paul Rossiter (General Manager) and Paul Gooch (Estimator / Project Manager) have had their hands full over a ‘brief’ winter period in Queensland. Since operations started for BD in March 2018 at the Milton office, BD Building Management QLD has made an excellent start in the Brisbane area.

RECENT PROJECTS
Tambourine Mountain
Although BD Building Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne predominantly carry out works within the urban and suburban areas of each city, we are always happy to travel further to rural destinations, in order to provide the best service for our clients. Over the last several months of winter in Brisbane, our carpenters have made excellent progress on a new college building for Midson.
BD Building Management QLD has a broad scope of works across this project including:
Timber framing.Install steel posts.Install timber trusses.Fascia ply backing to all roof perimeters.Install wall cladding, sarking, supply & install FC soffits and cover batterns.
Timber reveals.Hardwood timber screens and skylight timbers.Install of timber doors and associated hardware, and sundry items fit-off.Aluminium skirting.Window installs.
Matt didn’t mind doing the soffits on this one, taking every opportunity to grab some time in the shade.
View from one of the classrooms. Now all the walls and trusses are covered by the roof the other trades have started to run their services through the timbers.
